Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer an exchange service under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Period

  • Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect, an exchange is allowed within 30 days.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be in its original conditionnused, and with all tags and accessories included
  • The purchase invoice or proof of purchase is required
  • Products with damage caused by misuse are not eligible for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Discounted or sale items may not be eligible for exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Personal-use items such as perfumes, cosmetics, and underwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Exchange Methods

  • Exchanges can be made at any of our branches or through customer service.
  • For exchanges via shipping, the customer pays the shipping fees unless the reason for exchange is a manufacturing defect.

5. Receiving the Replacement Product

  • The replacement product will be provided after the returned item is inspected.
  • If the same product is not available, the customer may choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference.
